Fighting with this character: Sure! He's an expert gunman with weapons that can appear out of no where, so good luck.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes, but let's talk about it first. Minor injuries are fine. More serious ones should be discussed.
Killing this character: I'd rather not, but if there's a cool plot thing, I'd likely get on board.
